4.1 Deposits. jom8888 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and FPX online transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each method are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
4.2 jom8888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method previously used for deposit and verified in the Member's name. jom8888 targets e-wallet withdrawal processing within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day but may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.4 jom8888 may impose a minimum withdrawal amount and may require completion of identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations before releasing funds.
4.5 Withdrawal requests submitted on Malaysian public holidays are processed on the next available business day, though e-wallet withdrawals are generally processed continuously regardless of date.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available on jom8888 are subject to specific terms including, without limitation, wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit conditions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. 11.3 jom8888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions to Platform availability.
12.1 jom8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: actual or suspected breach of these Terms; actual or suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct; or regulatory requirement.
12.2 Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach by the Member, jom8888 may forfeit any Account Balance and Bonus Funds, subject to applicable legal requirements and the outcome of any investigation.
12.3 Members wishing to voluntarily close their jom8888 Account may submit a request to customer support. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following completion of any pending wagering requirements.
